RSVP can't click through
Hello
I am receiving feedback that some of my invitees have been unable to click through the RSVP and complete the form. Below is one incident where the user could not add a guest even though the field was filled out. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Thank you for reaching out. Happy to clarify!
It seems like the invitee who was having trouble registering for the event was imported to your invite list without the first and last name added (only the email address). That said, they would have to click on the "edit name" option under the email field to add their full name in order to continue with their registration as both full names and emails are required by the system to complete a registration.
