"Maybe" confirmation message

I would like to have a different confirmation message for people who select the "maybe" RSVP option. Is this possible? Is there any way to add a third confirmation message upon RSVPing?

  At this time, the system sends the same email confirmation to those "attending" and "maybe attending" the event, and I'm afraid that cannot be changed on a user level.
