Can't modify RSVP

Our event will only have 'Attending' as an option (we have disabled (Maybe" and "Will Not Attend" options. We've set the Max to 1 per RSVP. If someone confirms they are attending, but later wants to edit their RSVP, the system isn't allowing users to adjust to "0" (it requires a value), and there's no option to "cancel" RSVP.  How do we allow people to tell us they are attending, but then cancel if they can't make it?

  In order for your guests to be able to edit their existing registration and cancel, the "not attending" option would have to be enabled in your event form. That said, you can also edit your guest's registration on the back end on their behalf by following this guide: As a host, how do I edit my guest's RSVP or registration?

  We have added i the "not attending" option for RSVPs so that if people later need to cancel, they can do so on the platform.  HOWEVER, what we're now seeing in that when the ma capacity is reached, the user sees the custom message of "Sorry we're no longer accepting RSVPs" but are sees the "Not Attending" option (which then prompts for first/last name and email.  Is there are way to NOT have not attending show once Capacity limit is reached?  This is NOT a great user experience :(
