Cannot publish event

I upgraded to the $39/mon level and am trying to publish my event. It will not allow me to!! Saying i must updlgrade or remove "limited capacity" setting. I did and it STILL wont let me publish! Very frustrating

  I am having the same problems with publishing my site as well. This site is really frustrating me.

  Please provide instructions on how to publish.  I am having the same problem with the Starter plan and it gives me an error that limited capacity is not available with this plan for the RSVP.  I do not have the capacity option enabled for RSVP block, so I should be able to publish.  Please help!
