    I am having the same problems with publishing my site as well. This site is really frustrating me.

    Please provide instructions on how to publish.  I am having the same problem with the Starter plan and it gives me an error that limited capacity is not available with this plan for the RSVP.  I do not have the capacity option enabled for RSVP block, so I should be able to publish.  Please help!
