Guests unable to rsvp

The options to RSVP looks like it not working I have not reached my capacity but form is not registering guests

  Hi there!

  I had a chance to look into your event and it seems like you've added some empty form blocks to your event form which are causing this issue for your guests. You would need to remove these empty blocks in Form Builder by clicking on the gear tool icon in the top left-hand corner of the block to locate the "remove" option. Here's a screenshot for your reference:
