    Hi Arna -

Thank you for reaching out. Happy to clarify!

When you send emails through our email builder, they undergo an automatic security check by our system. Generally, this process is swift and emails are approved within a few minutes. However, the estimated time your email spends in the queue may vary due to the overall email traffic.

The queue duration is influenced by the volume of emails being processed at any given time. During periods of high traffic, there might be a slight delay in approval times. That said, your email should be approved by now so feel free to let me know if it was sent successfully!

    Best,
    Julia

So, Just curious: How long did your email end up taking?

There was also a message from a month ago of someone that was at 1 hour and still waiting.

I guess it's not really what I expected. We are trying to get our email invite out during the business day asap, or before 2pm. It is 11am now.
I'm not sure whether it might be best to cancel it and send them individually. It's only going to 16 people.
While that is a nice customer service answer above: it's not really the info I am looking for. Which is a range of time that is expected, so we can make whatever decisions we need to make [ie: to either send through the system (best), send ourselves (okay solution), or know what to put into our planning process timeline (not great for right now but useful information non the less for next time).

Are we talking more than 3 hours?

    *Update: It took about 50minutes.

I posted on 2 threads here.
Not sure if that had anything to do with it.

It was 11:00am Eastern time [New York Time] on a Friday in March.

I don't mind waiting that amount of time. If just would be nice to know the range of time that it is expected to take. It's hard to walk away from a task or tell your boss something is "done" if it has not been delivered. This was fine because it was a personal party. But if I had been doing this for business I would have been more stressed not knowing if it was going to be 10min or 10 hours or 48 hours or what.  [or 10 days/ never because there was some problem and it just said "pending"] it would have stressed me out a lot.
