Return exact matches only when RSVPing

Is there a way to return exact matches only when my guests are RSVPing? 

For example, if someone misspells their first name (or uses a nickname), I don't want all other guests with the same last name to appear as options.

  You can easily prevent this by disabling the "partial name match" option in Invite List> Settings.
