Hi! I am using a free account, which I have used many times in the past, and when guests try to RSVP they see the following message:

Sorry, this event is not currently able to accept additional registrations.

None of the guidance in the help section or the community forum works. What's the solution?

  Thank you for reaching out. Happy to help!

  It sounds like you've reached the limit of 100 free RSVPs in your account. Once this happens, the system automatically closes the registrations for your event. The only way to receive more RSVP credits and reopen your event for registrations is by upgrading to one of our premium plan tiers. You can see more about each plan on our plans page (click here).
