What is meant by "Free Professional upgrade? Does this mean I have access to the professional package/amenities at a lesser or reduced fee?

  Yes, that is correct. If you're selling tickets for your event you receive a free upgrade to include professional premium features. We charge an industry-leading low 1.95% + $.90 USD per ticket or person.

  In other words, there's no subscription cost or other upfront fees. We ONLY collect our fees from your actual ticket sales.

  ​Please note that credit card processing fees are separate. We are partnered with a global payment processor called Stripe, which charges 2.9% + $.30 USD/transaction. Rates may vary by country.
