Collect the Names of Additional Guests When RSVPing

Evening, 

 

I was hoping to have the invitees be prompted to include the names of their additional guests or pluses when RSVPing. Right now my form only asks for whether or not they are attending then labels them as guest one, two, three etc. I need the names of the plus ones, twos and threes for the seating chart. Please help.

  Thank you for reaching out. Happy to help!

  What you would need to do here is enable the "collect names for each selection" option in the "attending" selection settings. To do that, go to Form Builder> RSVP block settings and click on a  gear tool icon next to the "attending" selection to locate and enable the name option.
