Remove Not Attending Screen
Is there a way to remove the email confirmation that is sent if an attendee replies 'not attending' to my event?

While it is not possible to disable the automatic confirmation emails that are being sent out each time an invitee registers for your event, you can customize the content of these emails for both 'attending' and 'not attending' guests in Event Settings> Email Confirmations & Reminders.
The only other solution would be to fully disable the "Not Attending" selection for your event form by going to Form Builder> RSVP block settings and toggling off the "Not Attending" selection option.
