QR CODE FOR PRIVATE AND FREE EVENT

I need my guests to receive an actual ticket/qr code to be presented at the door for entry. The event is private and free. How can this be done?

  It sounds like you're interested in using our Check-in Suite feature for your event. We have a very quick (less than 5 minute) video describing the check-in suite at a high level. Give it a watch here. If this video surfaces any questions or if anything needs further clarification, please let me know.

  There are actually a few options for sending QR codes to your guests for check-in.

  1. Automated confirmation emails (Event Settings > Email Confirmations & Reminders). Once you enter the Confirmations section, you need to toggle on the button to 'include QR code for check-in'. All you have to do then is save the changes. Here are the steps.
  2. Email Campaigns (Email Communications > New Email) Design a custom email with the QR code merged in. Send immediately or schedule a time for it to go out automatically. Here are the steps.
