    Hi Sally!

Thank you for reaching out. Happy to help!

You can easily do that by importing an invite list to your event. Once you do that, the system will ask you whether you'd like to make your event invite-only so only those on the list can register or keep it "Public". This guide can help you import your invite list:

How do I import my Invite List from a spreadsheet? If you have already imported your invite list, you can easily change your event status from "Public" to "Invite-only" in Invite List> Settings.  I hope this was helpful. If any other questions come up, feel free to reach out!

You can definitely make your event private without any hassle. The easiest way is to switch your event settings to “Invite-only,” which ensures that only people you’ve approved or added to your guest list can register. It’s a great option when you want to keep things exclusive, especially for small gatherings, workshops, or internal company events.

If you’re using Wowzers, it’s even simpler to manage privacy and invitations in one place. You can upload your invite list, adjust privacy settings, and monitor RSVPs directly from your dashboard. Everything stays organized, and you won’t have to worry about uninvited guests signing up.

You can check more details on the official website for steps on managing invite-only events and keeping your registration process secure.
