my guests are getting the below message and can not register

    Thank you for reaching out. Happy to clarify!

    It seems like you still haven't published your event, so all the registrations you received so far are considered "test registrations". That said, in order to start collecting real registrations for your event, you'd need to publish your event and share your published event URL for your guests to register.
