Line Break in Block Description

I have a meal block on my registration form. The description is rather lengthy, so I would like to have line breaks to create the appearance of multiple paragraphs instead of one big one. I have tried using SHIFT+ENTER and ALT+ENTER (two typical ways to do this in other software) but nothing works. How do I add line breaks within the description text?

This post is an example of what I mean - I want a blank line between paragraphs, like the one above this paragraph.

  Hi Marc!

  I'm afraid that it is not possible to create line breaks in the block descriptions at this time. That said, to share more details about the meal options for your event, you can use the Event Website portion of your event page and add a text block with this information there.
