Free event

I have the $39/ mo plan. I'm planning my 2nd event and I should be able to get that free. It has a payment processor attached and I don't know how to delete so I can publish. According to my plan, I can have 2 free accounts at the same time. Please help. My event is 11/19 and it is free Thank you

  It sounds like you might have some old event(s) in the "past events" tab on your account. All events in the account are considered active regardless of their status (E.g., draft, published, closed) since they are taking up a place in your account. You can always remove events to create room for new ones. This guide walks through how to delete an event, for reference!
