Preview & Published Website shows Block Titles

How do I get rid of the black icon and Text Block that is showing even in Preview or Published Mode? Below is a snip of part of my page.

  Hi Jennifer!

  You can remove this title in Event Website Builder by clicking on the gear tool icon at the top of this text block and disabling the "Display Section Icon & Title" option. Here's a screenshot for your reference:
