Why do I have invites and inivations with Rabbi in front of the name. Not on all but some.

  It seems like you've enabled the "Require guest title/salutation" option in your event form so your invitees selected the only available title in your event to submit their registration. What you'll have to do is disable this option in Form Builder> RSVP block settings:

  

  You can also remove the title in Event Settings> Titles & Salutations section.
