Guests are RSVP'ing but the website is not registering their response.
Multiple guests to my event are rsvping, but there response is not registering. I don't think there are any additional blocks that may be interferring with this process, how can I ensure their RSVP is registered to the event?

After a successful RSVP, your guests will receive an email confirmation as a proof of their submission. You will also receive an email notification for these submissions.
If they did not receive their confirmation email, and if you did not receive an email about their submission, this likely means that they did not complete the RSVP process, and did not submit their reply.
We'd recommend you followup with them and ask them to submit their RSVP again. Make sure to instruct them to click on the 'submit' button at the end of their RSVP for the submission to be successful and completed. Either way, if you'd like, feel free to reach out to our live support team at https://help.rsvpify.com/en/ and reference this thread. You can share the names of these guests that you don't see in your reporting dashboard, and they'll be able to take a closer look and say what happened with their RSVPs.
