Not accepting new registrations
I have the free plan I only reached 43 people and it’s saying they are not accepting anymore applications, but my rsvp says it’s open it says for me to contact support

Thanks for contacting us!
Looks like your subscription was canceled and the billing period that you paid for has expired. After the billing period expired, your upgraded event got closed for additional RSVPs.
To reopen the event, you'd need to upgrade your account again and after that, you'll be able to accept new RSVPs.

Okay what about my account is an upgrade? I thought it was the free account?
