  Thanks for contacting us and sorry to hear about the issue here with the "Add Coupon" button not showing. 
  
  The team checked this out earlier today and noticed that your coupon was set up to be applied to only specific ticket tiers, but those ticket tiers were deleted so the coupon got "stuck" and you could not create new coupons. 
  
  That said, they went ahead and updated this on our end so you should now be able to add additional coupons, but if something else comes up, please let us know!
