Why can't my guests RSVP?? Please help

It just shows their name and they can't rsvp???!

  Thanks for contacting us! I popped into your account to check this out and noticed that the background color and the accent color of your form were the same. This was making some form elements invisible against the background. I went ahead and switched your accent color to black which should resolve this issue for you but let us know if you're still having trouble here!
