Creating a list of events to choose from

I am trying to recreate this list and I am not seeing a way to do that. I have 4 events and I don't want it to show a calendar. I would like it to look like a list. https://citymeetup.rsvpify.com/

  Hey Jenny -

  Thanks for your post! Sounds like recurring time slots is enabled on your event. To disable this, head to the form builder, and select the settings on the block that is currently displaying the icon. From there, locate the "recurring time slots" setting, and toggle that off.

  Once that is disabled, you can create a ticket tier for each event. That is how the sample you have shared was created!
