  Thanks for contacting us and sharing the question with the community!
  
  Yes, you can request titles from your guests and you'll have the option to make titles optional or required. You will do so from your form builder, from the settings of your primary block. Once you enable this option, titles will by default be optional but you can make them required:

   

  

  
  You can edit the default list of titles via Event Settings > Titles & Salutations.
