    The event capacity limit that you are referring to is applied to the overall event. So if your event capacity limit is set to 250, that means you can receive up to 250 registrations for that event, and after you receive 250 registrations, the event will close for additional registrations/ticket purchases. 

    Limited Capacity Available setting in your ticket settings refers to the number of available tickets for just that specific item/offering. I see that you're selling VIP Packages for the event - if there's a need for that, you can limit that product to (e.g.) 25 purchases, and after 25 purchases that individual ticket tier will close and will not accept additional registrations. However, registrants will still be able to purchase the general admission tickets.
