Send test email to my colleague

Hello!

We designed our email invitations and I am wondering if there is a way to share those with my coworker? I just wanted to make sure it looks okay before we start sending those out. And then we would also like to use this email as a template for other messages we may send.

Can someone help me with this?

  Thanks for contacting us and sharing the question with the community!
  
  You can send a preview email to yourself (or someone else on your team) to make sure your emails look the way you want them to. Just click on the 'send a preview' button and after that, enter the email address of your colleague:

  

  
  When it comes to using an email as a template, once you send this email, you can copy it and it will get saved to your drafts immediately. After that, you can keep copying the drafted email for the rest of your email communications.
