How do I send seating arrangements to my guests?

is there any way we can notify our guest of which table number they will be seated at?

  We have a "Merge Tags" feature in the email builder which you can use to personalize your emails - with this feature, you can include invitee names, their responses to custom questions, QR codes and seating assignments as well. You will find detailed steps for adding the seating assignments merge tag to your emails here: https://help.rsvpify.com/en/articles/5470553-how-to-use-merge-tags-to-send-an-attendee-their-seating-assignment.
