What is the difference between comments and notes that I see in my export?

  Many thanks for reaching out and being a part of our community!
  
  The "Comments" column will include the private notes you as the event host can add to your guests:

  

  The "Notes from Guests" column will contain the notes your guests may have added while completing your form - if you want your guests to be able to add a note to their registration/RSVP, you will first need to add this block to your form. Head to the form builder, locate the Notes from Guests block and place it on your form.
