Can't add or change photos

Error "There was an error uploading the image" pops up every time I try to upload an image or change an image

  Please note that all images must be under 2 MB in size for a successful upload - That said, our support team is taking a closer look, and will respond to you directly via the support system (which will come to you via email + in your chat bubble).
