declines require email address
The toggle to turn off the email requirement when a guest declines doesn't work. Even when the require email toggle is off it still requires emails for declines.

Thanks for reaching out, and great question!
Currently, we need at least one email address per submission, even if it's just one guest saying they can't make it. That means if there's a single person declining, the system will still ask for their email.
When the setting you mentioned is enabled, it prevents the system from requesting an email address from all declined guests in case there are multiple individuals declining the invitation.
