    Hi Monica,

    Thanks for reaching out! The QR code will always direct to the same event URL, so any updates you make (like hotel info) should automatically show when scanning the QR. If you’re still seeing an older version, it’s most likely due to your browser or device caching the previous version of the page.

    Try opening the QR code link in an incognito/private browser window, or clear your cache and refresh the page. That should display your most recent updates.

    If you still notice the issue after trying that, please share the link to your event so we can take a closer look.

    Hi Mackenzie!

    Once you generate a QR Code for your event, you are welcome to make any changes in your event without it affecting your QR Code. As long as you don't change your event URL directly, your QR Code will remain valid.

    I didnt have this same experience.  I just tested it because I updated hotel information on my site but when I scanned my QR code that was generated before the changes it brought me to the old version.  Can you help?  I am already working with my printer and I want to make sure my QR code works before printing invites.
