    Hi Kathy, 

    Thank you for reaching out and being a part of our community!

    I popped into your account to check this out and noticed that your form background and accent color were set to the same color. This made some of the elements on the form (such as links and buttons) invisible against the background. I went ahead and changed the accent color to white which should resolve this issue for you and your guests should now be able to register for the event.
