I can't choose a template

I'm trying to select a template and it's telling me to upgrade while I'm already upgraded to Gold

  Hi Kian!

  Since you're upgraded to a personal plan tier (Gold), you can choose only from the personal event templates (Birthdays, Weddings, Parties, etc.). 

  However, all of our templates are simply starting points and are fully customizable. You are free to edit them to fit the needs of your event. I recommend you check out these very useful guides that highlight all of the customization possibilities:
