Can I approve registration before the confirmation is sent to registrant?

For our conference, we would like to go through registrations and approve them before sending confirmation. Is that possible?

  Thanks for sharing this question with the community!

  RSVPify does not currently have an integrated approval feature, but something like this can be set up in several steps outlined below: 

  1. Edit the confirmation email to indicate the registration is pending approval in Setup > Event Settings > Email Confirmations & Reminders 

  2. Create an 'approved' tag that you can use to tag people in the dashboard once their registration is approved

  3. Use a filter by tag in the Email Builder tool to notify attendees about their registration being approved
