    Thanks for sharing the question with the community! 

    I am noting that this has already been resolved in our live chat, but for your reference, there are a few things that you need to make sure are completed before you upload the image: 

    1. The image you're uploading needs to be added to the upload window (either from your device, or from the image library) 

    2. Once you upload the image, you need to make sure it's cropped in a way that will allow it to be fully visible in the field where you're uploading it

    3. Once you select the image, there is a checkmark you need to click in order to confirm it as the image for upload  

    When all these steps are completed, the upload should work. That said, you're always welcome to test out multiple versions of the image in the sponsor field before deciding on which one you want to keep in it for the live version of the event.
