My guests cannot complete payments in the event, what can I do?

    Thanks for sharing this question with the community! 

    I took a look at your event and everything seems to be correctly connected and ready for payment processing. The issue here appears to be related to Stripe requiring some additional information from you to enable payment processing in your account. I'd recommend you check out your account setup to make sure all of the required information has been submitted to Stripe. 

    Once Stripe has reviewed your updates, if everything is looking good, your payments should be enabled fairly quickly!
