    Hi Sam!

    The "submission timestamp" field would mean exactly what you thought, it's the time when the registration was submitted by the invitee.

    The "Last seen" timestamp indicates when the invitees were last seen on your event page (event website or form).

    The "email last opened"  column displays the timestamp of the most recent time when the recipient opened the email. That said, if more than one email campaign was sent to a single email address, the "email last opened" will update any time they open any of the emails they received up until that point.
