Can't access my account when I switched plans.
I switched my account from the plus to the starter pack and now it's not letting me access my account at all OR letting people RVSP. It also keeps trying to charge me for the starter pack and saying it's not paid AFTER I get confirmation it's paid. My account is paid for and I need this working. What's the problem?

I've tried using live chat but it says billing issues aren't handled on live chat. Have also emailed so will look out. Thanks
