I need to cancel my subscription

Please help me cancel my subscription, I don't need it anymore since my event is over. You guys rock btw!

  Hi Keven!

  You can cancel your subscription by logging in, clicking "My Account" and then clicking "Cancel My Subscription." Here are detailed steps with screenshots. Once you do this, you will retain access to the premium features of your plan tier until the end of the billing period that you've paid for. When this period expires, your event will automatically downgrade back to the free plan.

  If you prefer, you can instead fill in this manual cancelation request form (no login required). We'll cancel your subscription on your behalf within 72 hours of verification of your request.
