How can I prevent guests from creating duplicated registrations?
Is there an option to don't let people register twice? How to set that?

Hi Arron,
Thanks for sharing this question with the community!
The easiest way to prevent people from submitting duplicate registrations is to have an invite list in your event. When there is an invite list, the system will not allow people to 'create new registration' if they are recognized as having already been registered. In that case, they will only be able to edit their existing response. Here's a guide that explains how to import a list of invitees: How do I import my Invite List from a spreadsheet?
I hope this helps, but let us know if you have any additional questions!
Best,
Brian

Hi,
I don't want to upload invitee list in advance but want to eliminate the email address to be unique value?

Hi Christine,
Happy to clarify here!
As we've already had a chance to discuss in our live chat, RSVPify allows you to limit the email requirement to only one per submission. If the email is required of each attendee, our system does not prevent an invitee from adding the same email address multiple times (in case they're adding guests in their group whose emails they don't know at the time). This is not something that can be changed at this time.
If this is something you'd like to have as an available feature, you can submit it as a suggestion in the feedback section of our community forum
I hope this clarifies things, but let us know if you have any additional questions!
Best,
Emir
