Not accepting RSVPs

I am using rsvpify strictly for rsvps.  Nothing happens when I try to submit an RSVP.  The submit button is there, but it's not registering any RSVPs.  Help!

  Thanks for reaching out, happy to help! 

  I took a look at your event, and the only thing I can see without any additional context is that the clickable elements in your primary block are not overly prominent so this might be causing people to try to submit without adding their details: 

  

  This color can be changed in Setup > Form Builder > Update Form theme (Accent color).

  That said, if you'd like us to look further into this, it would be best to reach out to our live chat as our team will be able to troubleshoot more easily in real-time. It will also be easier to replicate your experience while getting more context specific to your event.

  Thank you, it was fixed earlier today.  The problem was that there were empty blocks.  Keegan was nice enough to fix it for me. 

  In the meantime, I had sent out the invitations with the rsvp link on it and a few people were trying to rsvp on Saturday with no luck.  I couldn't get in touch with anyone at RSVPify because it was the weekend and I was getting nervous that many of my guests were going to start trying to rsvp.  I thought maybe I had to pay for the basic plan so I went ahead and subscribed.  But I'm pretty sure the service I need is free.  Am I correct?  And can I get a refund?  I did that in haste thinking that it may solve the problem I was having on Saturday.
