Why is it asking me to pay when it said I can use it for free?

It said that this is a free RSVP website but now it's asking me to pay for custom logo that I'm not even using. I only have 50 guests and I still cannot publish. I need help solving this ASAP

  Hi Jazmine!

  All of our users are welcome to create and publish their event(s) for free, however, the free plan tier comes with certain limitations in terms of the number of RSVPs you can receive and other features you use in the event form. That said, while the free plan tier works well for smaller events (guest lists under 100), larger events (or those needing special form features) will have to choose from one of the company's upgraded plans which are separate/distinct from the free option. To review what is included in the Free tier and compare that with the premium options, head on over to the plans section and check out the feature matrix!

  As for the "Custom Logo" feature, you can easily remove it in Setup> Form Builder> "Update Form Theme" section by clicking on the trash can icon under "Logo". Once you do this, you should be able to publish your event and start collecting registrations.
