I created a QR Code for my event with a QR Code generator but it's not working. I copied the same URL from my event details so I don't know why it's broken. Please advise

  Hi Taniya!

  In order for the QR Code to work it needs to be generated through the RSVPify platform in your event. Upgraded users can download QR codes for their paper invitations via the Publish & Invite section of the platform. This guide has step-by-step instructions: How to download a QR Code for your event. 

  That said, all QR codes generated in an external platform/app will not be valid.
