My export spreadsheet can't be viewed, it's not readable.

I tried to export my attendees, but when I do, the export is all jumbled up and I can't make out anything. I'm not sure what the issue is, can you help me sort that out?

  Hope you're doing well, happy to help with this! 

  Based on the description of your issue, it sounds like you might be using Safari as the browser for these exports. Unfortunately, Safari does not work as well when the export is downloading the file directly to the device, so when the export is opened in Safari, it doesn't work as well.
