I have an invite list so will unwanted guests still be able to RSVP if I share the link of my event?

My event is set to "invite-only" and I gave a guest list of 200 people. No one is allowed to bring any + guests so I'm afraid that if I choose to share a link to my event, there will be strangers applying for my event. How do I prevent this? Is there a setting I don't see?

  Hi Daylon!

  Great question! Happy to clarify this for you.

  If your event status is set to "Invite-only" and you're using an invite list, even when you share your event URL, the system will ask for your invitees' credentials in order to recognize them from the invite list and allow access to your event form.

  That said, you are welcome to share your event URL in any way you want, without worrying that uninvited people will be able to register for it.
