Can my guest at the wedding upload pictures they take? If so, what block allows that?

  Yes, you should be able to collect images from your guests by adding a "Custom Question - File upload" type of block to your event form in Setup> Form Builder. However, since these pictures are going to be collected after the primary registration and your event, I would advise you to create a separate primary event only for the purpose of collecting these images.

  If you add this block to the main event, your invitees would have to edit their original registrations again after the event to upload the files. Here's a guide that can help you add a file upload custom question to your event form: File Upload Custom Question
