Can I issue a partial refund to my guest?
My guests paid a refundable insurance for the event but it was included in the full ticket price so I want to refund only the part that was covering the insurance. Please advice.

Of course, you can! You would have to locate your guest in Dashboard > Overview and choose the Payment tab in their submission summary. Once you do that, click on the "Refund" option. This section will offer you an option to either refund the full amount or enter a different amount you want to refund.
