My time zone is not available?

My event is in New Dehli, India and I cannot find that timezone in the Event Timezone dropdown.

  Hi there, 

  Good question! You can set your timezone to Asia/Kolkata. It is in the same timezone as New Delhi (Indian Standard Time).

  I need the local time for Cannes, France
